Job Summary
Leading the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of strategic transactions, the full-time Corporate Development Deal Lead will manage key aspects of deals from investment thesis development to post-close integration, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a pipeline of Corporate Development opportunities and drive the execution of mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct diligence, review transaction documents, and perform financial modeling
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential targets and growth opportunities
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, finance, corporate development, or a similar role with live M&A transaction experience
- Strong understanding of business models and valuation methodologies, including M&A modeling
- High financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make strategic recommendations
- Deep curiosity about technology and software, particularly in relation to the future of SaaS and AI
