Job Summary
Leading the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of strategic transactions, the full-time Corporate Development Deal Lead will manage end-to-end deal processes, including developing investment theses, conducting due diligence, and supporting post-close integration, all in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage a pipeline of Corporate Development opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct due diligence, review transaction documents, and perform financial modeling
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential targets and industry trends
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, finance, or corporate development with a focus on M&A transactions
- Strong understanding of business models and valuation methodologies, including M&A modeling
- Demonstrated financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data
- Deep curiosity about technology and software, particularly in the context of SaaS and AI
- A growth mindset aligned with diversity, inclusion, and belonging principles
