Job Summary
Leading the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of strategic transactions, the full-time remote Corporate Development Deal Lead will manage the end-to-end process of mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and partnerships while collaborating with senior executives to drive growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a pipeline of Corporate Development opportunities and drive the execution and integration of strategic transactions
- Conduct due diligence, review transaction documents, and own financial modeling in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify potential targets and industry trends
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, finance, corporate development, or a similar role with live M&A transaction experience
- Strong understanding of business models and valuation methodologies, including M&A modeling
- Proven financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make strategic recommendations
- Deep curiosity about technology and the future of SaaS, particularly regarding AI's evolving impact
