Job Summary
Leading the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of strategic transactions, the full-time Corporate Development Deal Lead will manage the end-to-end deal process, including investment thesis development, due diligence execution, and post-close integration, while working remotely in the USA.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a pipeline of Corporate Development opportunities and drive the execution and integration of mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to conduct diligence, review transaction documents, and perform financial modeling
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential targets and growth opportunities
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, finance, or corporate development with live M&A transaction experience
- Strong understanding of business models, valuation methodologies, and M&A modeling
- High financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data
- Deep curiosity about technology and software, particularly in relation to SaaS and AI trends
