Job Summary
Leading the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of strategic transactions, the full-time Corporate Development Deal Lead will manage key aspects of deals from investment thesis development to post-close integration, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a pipeline of Corporate Development opportunities and execute mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct diligence, review transaction documents, and manage financial modeling
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential targets and industry trends
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, finance, or corporate development with live M&A transaction experience
- Strong understanding of business models and valuation methodologies, including M&A modeling
- High financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data
- Deep curiosity about technology and SaaS, with awareness of AI's evolving impact
