Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate development
• Proven ability to build high-quality relationships with entrepreneurs and senior executives
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and strategic analysis for transactions (preferred)
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex deal negotiations (preferred)
