Key Responsibilities

• Originate and lead strategic partnerships, including structuring and negotiating commercial agreements
• Oversee end-to-end M&A execution, including sourcing, evaluation, and integration planning
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on corporate strategy and influence senior stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, JD, or equivalent advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years of experience in corporate development, private equity, or related fields
• Proven track record of leading complex transactions end-to-end
• Strong expertise in valuation and financial modeling
• Experience in defense, aerospace, or advanced technology sectors preferred
