Corporate Development Director

Job Summary

To shape long-term growth strategy, the full-time remote Corporate Development Director will manage strategic investments, partnerships, and acquisitions while collaborating with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Executive Leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define and develop corporate development strategy aligned with growth objectives
• Lead end-to-end M&A execution including target sourcing, valuation modeling, and negotiation
• Conduct market landscape analysis to inform build vs buy decisions

Required qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance
• Proven track record in leading complex M&A transactions from sourcing through integration
• Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise
• Experience presenting to executive teams and Boards of Directors
• Data-driven and highly analytical with experience in high-growth or technology-driven environments preferred
