Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time remote Corporate Development Director will oversee the tactical execution of M&A deals and large initiatives, ensuring program outcomes are achieved through effective planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple strategic programs/projects, ensuring on-time delivery, issue tracking, and stakeholder engagement
• Collaborate with enterprise leaders to prioritize programs/projects, aligning with strategic goals to maximize value
• Lead and mentor project managers and teams, fostering growth and performance through training and coaching

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 3+ years of experience in leading project and program management, including M&A execution
• Proven ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment
• Strong relationship-building skills with leadership and cross-functional teams
• Expertise in systems thinking and managing complex project dependencies
