Corporate Development Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP Corporate Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic assessments for new business lines and opportunities
• Conduct market research and collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and structure deals
• Lead the due diligence process and recruit, train, and manage a team across various functions

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Finance, Business Administration, or related field with 4 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience
• 4 years of experience in cross-team collaboration and leadership
• Experience in financial asset valuation and negotiating within the pharma/healthcare space
• Ability to write research documents and proposals in clear language
• Experience in prioritizing clinical drug candidates considering financial and non-financial factors
