Corporate Development Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Corporate Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end processes of strategic acquisitions and divestitures, including due diligence and contract negotiations
• Manage the M&A pipeline and develop business cases and financial models for executive review
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and build relationships with external parties such as investment banks and M&A advisors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of experience in Strategy, Financing, Investment Banking, or a relevant business role
• 3-5 years of Corporate Development experience and SaaS experience required
• Extensive experience with financial modeling and valuation analysis
• Proven track record of transaction execution through all stages of the deal process
• Ability to navigate diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership and the board
