Corporate Development Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Corporate Development responsible for steering the organization's strategic trajectory and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate development strategies aligned with company objectives
• Lead the strategic partnership, alliances, and M&A process from sourcing to execution
• Provide strategic insights to the executive team and manage relationships with key external partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 15 years' experience in transactions and deal execution with strong financial acumen
• Demonstrated experience in business planning and project management
• Strong background in banking, consulting, or related industries, particularly in diagnostics or healthcare
• Proven track record in identifying and executing successful strategic partnerships and M&A transactions
