Job Summary

Leading corporate development initiatives, the full-time Head of Corporate Development & Integrations will manage M&A strategy and execution, oversee post-close integration, and support organic growth while collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end M&A strategy, including target identification, diligence, valuation, and execution
  • Design and implement integration plans to ensure successful post-merger absorption and value realization
  • Evaluate and develop strategic growth opportunities beyond M&A, including service line expansions and partnerships
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in corporate development, private equity, strategy consulting, or healthcare M&A
  • 3-5+ years in executive leadership or enterprise-level strategic roles
  • Extensive knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and post-merger integration principles
  • Access to reliable internet and telephone services for remote work
