Job Summary
Leading corporate development initiatives, the full-time Head of Corporate Development & Integrations will own M&A strategy and execution, oversee post-close integration, and support organic expansion efforts while collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end M&A strategy, including target identification, due diligence, and deal execution
- Design and implement integration plans to ensure successful absorption of acquired entities and realization of synergies
- Collaborate on de novo development and strategic growth opportunities to expand service offerings and market presence
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in corporate development, private equity, strategy consulting, or healthcare M&A
- 3-5+ years in executive leadership or enterprise-level strategic roles
- Extensive knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and post-merger integration principles
- Access to reliable internet and telephone services with specified bandwidth requirements for remote work
