Job Summary
Leading the company's inorganic growth strategy, the full-time salaried Head of Corporate Development will manage high-impact strategic transactions, including acquisitions, while collaborating closely with executive leadership in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute the company's acquisition strategy and maintain a pipeline of opportunities
- Lead end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, including valuation analyses, negotiation, and cross-functional due diligence
- Serve as a trusted advisor on capital allocation and strategic investments, preparing recommendations for the CEO and Board of Directors
Required qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A, investment banking, or private equity, with a strong track record in leading complex transactions
- Experience in the consumer technology sector with a successful acquisition history is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead acquisitions from strategy through to closing
- Deep understanding of transaction structuring, valuation methodologies, and corporate finance
- Proven experience in preparing and presenting strategic recommendations to executive leadership and Boards
