Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Manager to oversee corporate development activities and support strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate M&A opportunities and conduct market research to identify targets
• Develop and manage financial models and due diligence processes for acquisitions
• Support integration planning and conduct special projects to analyze financial scenarios

Required Qualifications

• At least 4+ years of M&A experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate M&A
• Relevant experience in Software/Tech and Service industries
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex business issues
• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and adapt to changing demands
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive initiatives
