Corporate Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Manager to drive strategic focus and execute acquisition and investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new acquisition opportunities and develop business cases for acquisitions, investments, and partnerships
• Perform valuation analysis and financial modeling of potential acquisitions and support due diligence evaluations
• Collaborate with the integration team and lead specific projects related to strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree
• Experience in Investment Banking, Financial Services Advisory, Strategy Consulting, Venture Capital, or Corporate Development
• Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting related to M&A
• Understanding of the M&A process with an interest in technology
• High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite
