Corporate Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development & Investor Relations Manager to support the Head of Corporate Development and Investor Relations across various departmental responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of key elements of the quarterly earnings process, including business unit insights and peer analysis
• Lead execution of capital management strategy and collaborate on analysis of enterprise capital and return targets
• Develop understanding of rating agency capital models and support investment portfolio management functions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related area
• MBA or other advanced degree beneficial
• Minimum five years of experience in the insurance or financial industry relevant to the role
• Strong financial acumen and knowledge of financial statements
• Ability to balance and lead execution of multiple priorities across functional areas
