Corporate Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Manager to lead its growth strategy through acquisition opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a prioritized pipeline of potential acquisition targets aligned to strategic growth priorities
• Conduct market mapping and competitive research across products, customer segments, and geographies
• Proactively source and engage founders, owners, and management teams through outbound outreach

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, or business development
• Experience with SaaS or technology businesses
• Highly organized and self-directed
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus but not required
