Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Manager to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of acquisitions and strategic investments
• Manage transaction workflows and coordinate pre-close integration planning
• Develop executive-level presentations and maintain a pipeline of strategic investment opportunities

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 4-7 years of experience in corporate development, strategy, or related fields
• Demonstrated experience managing M&A processes and integration planning
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Healthcare services or life sciences experience preferred
