Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Manager to drive its inorganic growth strategy through M&A, strategic investments, and alliances.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of acquisition, investment, and strategic alliance opportunities
• Lead strategic diligence, including market sizing, competitive landscape, and product differentiation
• Manage the end-to-end deal process and support negotiation preparation with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity/VC, or a similar role
• Demonstrated ability to run cross-functional processes and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment
• Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities
• AI fluency with practical experience using AI and modern productivity tools
• High ownership, sound judgment, and comfort operating with ambiguity
