Corporate Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Manager to help scale its operations through acquisition and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a high-volume pipeline of acquisition targets
• Analyze financials and key performance metrics of target businesses
• Manage the deal process from initial evaluation through close and lead post-close execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience strongly considered
• 6-10+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Financial Analysis, Project Management, or M&A-related roles
• Strong financial acumen and ability to evaluate small-to-mid-sized businesses
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects or deals simultaneously
• Experience building acquisition pipelines through outbound outreach or targeted marketing campaigns
