Corporate Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Manager to join their Corporate Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support M&A pipeline development, conduct due diligence, and assess strategic fits and risks
• Build financial models and valuation analyses to support deal evaluation
• Prepare investment memorandums and executive presentations summarizing deal rationale and recommendations

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or management consulting
• SaaS experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Understanding of M&A processes with a proven track record of contributing to closed deals
