Corporate Development Manager

Job Summary

Leading strategic transaction activity, the full-time Corporate Development Manager will manage acquisitions, capital raises, and divestitures while collaborating with executive leadership in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of capital raises, acquisitions, and divestitures from diligence through close
• Manage transaction timelines, data rooms, and communication across internal teams and external advisors
• Build and maintain complex financial models and conduct market analysis to evaluate growth opportunities

Required qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or M&A
• Experience with tech or SaaS industry transactions
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation
• Strong executive-level presentation and communication skills
