Corporate Development Manager

Job Summary

Leading corporate strategy and inorganic growth initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, Corporate Development & Strategy will identify, evaluate, and execute acquisitions and partnerships while providing high-impact strategic analysis and decision support.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities aligned with company strategy
• Conduct market research and perform financial modeling to support decision-making and negotiations
• Develop executive-level presentations and materials for internal investment committees and Board approvals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
• 6-10+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or strategic finance
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
• Experience creating and delivering executive-level presentations to senior leaders
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments
