Corporate Development Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing Corporate Development team, the full-time Corporate Development Manager will manage strategic analysis, planning, and execution of acquisition strategies while working remotely within the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial and business performance analyses for potential acquisition targets
• Support the development of M&A strategies and manage the due diligence process for acquisitions
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify strategic opportunities and risks associated with potential acquisitions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in corporate development, private equity, investment banking, or consulting focused on M&A
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, business data, and valuation methods
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analytical skills, particularly using Excel
• Experience in planning and overseeing post-acquisition integration efforts
