Corporate Development Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time Corporate Development Manager will lead acquisitions and strategic investments, manage transaction workflows, and ensure integration readiness, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of acquisitions and strategic investments, from initial evaluation through closing
• Manage transaction workflows, including diligence planning, data rooms, and cross-functional coordination
• Develop executive-level presentations and materials for investment committees and Board review

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 4-7 years of experience in corporate development, strategy, consulting, investment banking, or private equity
• Demonstrated experience managing M&A processes and integration planning
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; comfort with advanced financial models
