Corporate Development Manager

Job Summary

Driving strategic growth initiatives in the nuclear sector, the full-time remote Corporate Development Manager will lead corporate development efforts, conduct market analyses, and collaborate with senior leadership on mergers and acquisitions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of corporate development initiatives to enhance the company's competitive position
• Conduct market, financial, and competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities
• Partner with senior leadership to evaluate and manage mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Nuclear Science, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate development, M&A, or strategic roles within the defense, nuclear, or energy sector
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
