Corporate Development Manager

Job Summary

Remote and full-time, the Corporate Development Senior Manager will focus on driving strategic initiatives and managing corporate development activities within the private equity sector.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the identification and evaluation of potential investment opportunities
• Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in corporate development or investment banking
• Strong understanding of private equity and venture capital markets
• Proven track record of successful deal sourcing and execution
• Experience in financial modeling and valuation techniques
