Corporate Development Manager

Job Summary

Driving Paxos's inorganic growth strategy, the full-time Corporate Development Manager will own the end-to-end M&A process, manage fundraising efforts, and collaborate with the executive team to identify and execute strategic acquisitions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the M&A process by developing investment theses, sourcing, evaluating, and executing acquisitions
• Lead end-to-end fundraising processes, preparing investor materials and managing relationships with current and prospective investors
• Provide strategic insights to the executive team on market trends and emerging opportunities, while supporting the scaling of Paxos Ventures

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of executing M&A or investment transactions with closed deals
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Proven ability to manage fundraising processes independently
• Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure, digital assets, or fintech is a plus
• 7+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in investing or corporate development
