Corporate Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen potential deals, conduct market research, and manage due diligence processes
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate potential opportunities and support capital raising and planning
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior management, investors, and other stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of financial experience, ideally in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or management consulting
• A strategic mindset with sound business judgement
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with experience maintaining and building detailed financial models
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, business, accounting or a related field
