Corporate Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Manager to drive the company's strategy and product roadmap through inorganic transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and integrate acquisitions and strategic investments, including sourcing opportunities, performing financial analysis, and coordinating due diligence
• Develop a deep understanding of new markets, industry trends, and emerging companies relevant to the company
• Collaborate with business unit leaders on strategy development, target selection criteria, and evaluating inbound M&A opportunities

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, strategy consulting, or corporate development
• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar discipline (MBA, CPA, or CFA desirable)
• Good understanding of enterprise software and the industries in which the company competes
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Ability to collaborate across teams, manage complex projects, and maintain high attention to detail
