Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic Principal, Corporate Development to work remotely in a full-time salaried role, responsible for leading franchise acquisition processes, developing territory strategies, and delivering actionable insights to executive leadership to drive growth in the senior care sector.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end franchise acquisition processes, including due diligence and negotiations
- Assess and prioritize territories for acquisition based on growth potential and operational considerations
- Track and present KPIs across acquired territories, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate development, or M&A roles
- Strong track record of leading cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage deal models and assess valuations
- Experience in franchise M&A is a plus, but not required
