Job Summary

Leading end-to-end M&A execution, the full-time Corporate Development Senior Manager will develop business cases for acquisitions and strategic initiatives, construct financial models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance market reach in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business cases and financial analyses for potential acquisitions and strategic investments
• Lead M&A execution from sourcing through closing to expand product capabilities
• Orchestrate cross-functional due diligence to identify integration risks and synergy opportunities

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of investment banking and/or corporate development experience
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Experience modeling capital allocation scenarios, including debt financing and build-vs-buy frameworks
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams independently in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced executive communication skills to translate complex deal structures into clear narratives
