Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Specialist to join their mergers and acquisitions team.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage decision makers at software businesses to identify and nurture acquisition opportunities
• Manage relationships with existing acquisition targets and communicate the investment strategy
• Track activities and maintain information in Salesforce while supporting the M&A team

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant business experience in sales, corporate development, consulting, or M&A sourcing
• Aptitude and passion for corporate development and relationship management
• Self-starter with excellent prioritization and multi-tasking abilities
• Experience in technology/software or entrepreneurship/start-up is valuable
