Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development & Strategic Partnerships Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop strategic partnerships and acquisitions
• Identify potential acquisition targets and manage the M&A deal process
• Conduct market research and propose recommendations for company and product strategy

Qualifications:

• 4-8 years of experience in corporate development, strategic partnerships, investment banking, management consulting, or private equity/venture capital
• Experience in SaaS and software technology industries is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in building financial models
• Proven project management skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to translate technical concepts and communicate effectively with executive leadership
