Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Director, Data Science & AI Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of ML and AI models
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and drive advanced analytics initiatives
• Recruit and lead a high-performing team of AI Engineers and Data Scientists

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred
• 10+ years of experience in data science or AI/ML leadership, with at least 3 years in team management
• Expertise in machine learning lifecycle management and cloud-native data platforms
• Strong understanding of data governance and privacy regulations
• Experience with Generative AI and large language model deployment
