Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Director of Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Corporate teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with project roadmaps
• Provide strategic guidance and oversee the implementation of assigned projects
• Establish a forecasting process for the Business including timing, parties involved and identification of technology tools

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years in Insurance Brokerage operations
• Understanding of how Agency Management Systems handle accounting transactions and above average computer skills
• High level knowledge of Accounting, Finance & Producer Compensation
• Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment and set the vision for others
