Corporate Employment Legal Director

Job Summary

To support a high-growth AI-native B2B SaaS company, the remote full-time Corporate Employment Legal Director will oversee corporate legal functions, manage global employment legal matters, and lead the Legal Operations team while collaborating with various departments to enhance legal infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead corporate governance, securities law compliance, and corporate transactions while supporting board documentation
• Oversee global employment legal matters and partner with the People team to develop scalable employment policies and processes
• Manage the Legal Operations function, including oversight of the Legal Operations Manager and operational strategy development

Required qualifications

• Significant corporate law experience, including securities, corporate governance, and M&A
• Demonstrated employment law experience with the ability to build scalable processes
• Prior in-house experience at a company of similar scale and growth stage
• J.D. degree and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• Experience using AI tools to enhance legal operations and drafting efficiency
