Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Corporate Event Planner on a temporary four-month contract, this remote position will manage and execute internal events, including vendor negotiations, logistics, and post-event evaluations to enhance employee experience and connectivity.

Key responsibilities
  • Plan and organize internal events, including venue sourcing, vendor hiring, and logistics management
  • Communicate with stakeholders to align on event goals and ensure all details are understood
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and oversee events to ensure compliance and participant satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience
  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality, corporate events, or event management
  • Experience working with all levels of management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously
  • Onsite event experience is essential, though no onsite support is needed during the assignment
