Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Filing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • File business formation documents with state and federal agencies and ensure compliance for existing entities
  • Coordinate and file foreign registrations, domestications, conversions, DBAs, and dissolutions
  • Act as the subject matter expert on corporate filing operations and data, collaborating with various departments
Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of industry experience in business formation
  • Experience working with Sales, Customer Support, Legal, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Experience with registered agent companies is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement
