Corporate Finance Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering closely with senior finance leaders, the full-time remote Corporate Finance Analyst will manage Long Range Planning processes, provide insights into financial performance, and support strategic initiatives within the FP&A organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Quarterly LRP Roll-Forward, documenting key assumption changes and their impact on valuation and capital allocation
• Conduct Peer Benchmarking analysis with Investor Relations to inform financial strategy and maintain performance dashboards
• Support Board reporting processes, ensuring consistency across deliverables and providing version-over-version analysis to uncover key insights

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of financial/analytical experience in tech or Big 4 accounting firms, preferably in SaaS and financial forecasting
• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with financial planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle)
• Understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial statements
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Accounting, Economics); MBA and/or CFA is a plus
• Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance analysis and improve efficiency across planning cycles
