Corporate Finance and Financial Planning and Analysis Sr Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Corporate Finance and FP&A.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the monthly close process and BOD reporting
• Analyze operating and financial results, prepare internal and external reporting deliverables, and explain forecast vs. actual variances
• Coordinate re-forecast and annual budget planning cycles, develop presentations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors, and continuously improve forecasting and reporting tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent
• 8-10 years of financial analysis experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in public accounting and/or investment banking preferred
• Advanced modeling skills and knowledge of Excel, budgeting, and ERP/Finance applications
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles for all three financial statements
