Job Summary

Supporting day-to-day accounting operations, the part-time Corporate Finance and Payroll Specialist will manage payroll, accounts payable, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy and efficiency across financial processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain and track the company budget, monitoring actuals vs. forecast and reporting variances
  • Process accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, and payment tracking
  • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy of employee pay and deductions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a regionally accredited college or university
  • Two or more years of experience in accounting, payroll, or finance-related roles
  • Experience with accounts payable and payroll processing; familiarity with Deltek & Costpoint is a plus
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
