Corporate Finance Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Finance Associate to join their Corporate Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute capital raising transactions, including analysis and negotiation
• Manage investor relations and enhance tracking of investor interactions
• Develop financial models and reporting for management and board meetings

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of investment banking and/or private equity experience
• Extensive experience with financial and operating modeling for capital raising and M&A
• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university
• Experience working in or covering the healthcare industry is preferred
