Corporate Finance Associate

Job Summary

Supporting corporate finance and business development initiatives, the full-time Corporate Finance Associate will maintain financial models, prepare board materials, and conduct market research while working closely with senior leadership in a dynamic environment based in Miami, FL.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and extend the corporate financial model and support monthly managerial reports
• Build financial models for new opportunities and conduct market research and due diligence
• Produce profitability analyses and prepare investment memos and presentation materials

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, asset management, or transaction advisory
• Advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• A market-driven mentality with strong commercial instincts
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Miami
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of ownership and comfort operating remotely
