Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis of potential acquisitions and prepare valuations
• Manage the entire deal lifecycle, including due diligence and transaction negotiations
• Develop financial models and perform market research to identify strategic opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in corporate finance, private equity, or investment banking focused on mergers and acquisitions
• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and advanced Excel analytics
• Familiarity with financial databases such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or PitchBook
• Experience in negotiating and structuring complex financial transactions
