Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Finance & Strategy - Board & Opex Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Board cycle, preparing presentations and insights for the Leadership team
• Support strategic and financial planning processes through Operating Expenses analysis and reporting
• Develop scalable processes and monitor financial performance metrics, communicating insights to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in corporate planning, business finance, or related fields
• Experience forecasting and analyzing financial results
• Strong analytical skills with experience in building integrated models
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting principles
• Proven ability to identify and drive impactful financial outcomes
