Corporate Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to join their Corporate Finance & FP&A function.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale the corporate finance function, implementing new processes and improving financial controls
• Own and drive financial planning and budgeting processes, determining resource allocation for growth
• Develop and monitor financial performance metrics, delivering corporate reporting to the Board and Executive Team

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in Corporate Finance/FP&A/Strategic Finance, with 2+ years at publicly traded or late-stage pre-IPO companies
• Best-in-class Excel skills and experience in developing financial models and quantitative analyses
• Expert in building processes in enterprise financial planning systems (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan)
• Deep understanding of valuation methods and strong working knowledge of GAAP
• SQL knowledge is a plus
