Corporate Finance Manager

Job Summary

Managing the cost accounting and patient data reporting processes, the full-time salaried Corporate Finance Manager will drive accuracy and efficiency within a multi-billion-dollar health system while supervising a team of Financial Analysts and ensuring timely completion of audits and reports, with flexible remote or hybrid work options available.

Key responsibilities

• Manage processes over assigned areas, ensuring timely and accurate task completion based on the established monthly calendar
• Oversee the monthly audit, analysis, and reporting by Financial Analysts, preparing comprehensive reports and trend analyses
• Perform strict system reconciliations to source systems and documents while coordinating ad-hoc requests for complex analyses

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• Minimum of eight years of progressive accounting, financial management, and/or financial auditing experience
• Experience in an academic medical center or complex healthcare system strongly preferred
• Master's Degree or CPA preferred
• Proficiency in financial systems such as Strata and Axiom is a strong plus
